Standard - via FedEx: $15 or free for orders over $250

*  Ships to major locations in 2-5 days

*  Ships to remote locations up 8 days
    

Express - via FedEx: $25

* Ships to most locations in 2-3 days

**Shipping Details:**

*   Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placing an order.

*   Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.

*   You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order ships.

*   The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout plus any processing time required.

*   Shipments can be tracked as soon as they have been picked up by the shipping carrier.

*   Delivery is only available within Canada.

## **Return Policy**

*   Items cannot be returned at Harry Rosen or The Outlet by Harry Rosen locations.

*   You may return qualifying items within 14 days from the delivery date. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

*  A $15 restocking fee will be deducted for each return package.
