Return Policy

Returns Made Simple​

Follow the steps below to initiate a return. Please review our Returns Policy first to ensure your item is eligible for return. ​

1.‏‏‎ ‎Open Order Lookup and enter your order ID to see your order history.​

2. Select the item(s) to return and generate a return waybill for you to print.​

​3. Repackage your items and drop them off at any location for the designated courier on the return label.

4. Please retain your receipt from FedEx as proof of return until your refund has been processed.​

Policy Details​

Review our Returns Policy first to ensure your item is eligible for return. Pre-paid, return shipping is provided for all qualifying orders.​

  • A $15 restocking fee will be deducted for each return package.​

  • Purchases made at shopfinalcut.com can only be returned by mail.​

  • Items cannot be returned at Harry Rosen or The Outlet by Harry Rosen locations.​

  • For exchanges, please follow the return process and order a new item online.​

  • Items must be returned new, unworn and in the condition in which they were received. If the items in question are not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet our standards.​

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel.​

  • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment including purchases made with gift cards.​

  • If we identify an unusual or unreasonable return patterns, we may restrict or refuse future transactions.​

Returns Process​

Once you have confirmed your item is eligible, open My Order Lookup and enter your order ID to initiate a return.​

  • Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after its arrival at our distribution centre.​

  • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the refund has been issued.​

  • If we identify an unusual or unreasonable return patterns, we may restrict or refuse future transactions.​

Price Protection Policy​

FinalCut offers customers a price protection policy for eligible items. Price adjustments may be requested only once per item.​

Items must meet the following conditions:​

  • Item had its price reduced within 7 full days of ordering. ​

  • Item is included as part of a “Flash Sale” within 2 days of placing the order.​

  • ​Item is still available on the shopfinalcut.com website in the same style and size purchased.​

If these conditions are met, please contact our Customer Care team and they will be happy to refund the difference to the original method of payment.​
