3. Select the items to return and generate a return waybill for you to print.
4. Repackage the item(s) and take your parcel to any Canada Post drop off location.

* Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after its arrival at our distribution centre.
Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the refund has been issued.
Price Protection Policy
Final Cut offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:
1. When an item had its price reduced within 7 days of ordering.
2. Item is included as part of a “Flash Sale” within 2 days of placing the order.
3. The item is still available on the shopfinalcut.com website in the same style and size purchased.
4. Price adjustments may be requested once per item
If these conditions are met, please contact our Customer Care team and they will be happy to refund the difference to the original method of payment.
