Can I order by phone?

For security reasons we are not able to take credit card information by phone. However, if you are having any difficulties placing your order online please contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time, we only ship packages within Canada. We do not ship packages to the U.S.A. or internationally.

What are your shipping times and costs?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from order placement. Shipping times and charges vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. Full details on all shipping costs and delivery can be found here.

How do I track my order?

You may check the status of your order by clicking here and entering in your order number and email address that you used to place the order.

Can I pick up my order?

No, all orders placed on are delivered directly to your selected personal address

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we ship it as quickly as possible, therefore cancelling it may be difficult. If you do change your mind about an item, please call our Customer Care Team at 1-877-628-0760 as soon as you can and we will confirm options available.

How long do I have to return my order?

Eligible items may be returned by mail within 14 days of delivery. You can find our full return policy here.

How do I make a return?

All items eligible to be returned must be mailed to our warehouse, using the provided return waybill. To begin your return, click here to enter in your order ID.

Can I return my items in person?

No, all qualifying items must be sent back via the provided prepaid waybill.

Why do you charge a shipping and handling fee on returns?

In an effort to offer the highest quality merchandise at the best prices, a $15 CAD shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund total. This fee allows us to operate as efficiently as possible.

Does FinalCut offer alteration services for merchandise purchased?

No, alterations services are not available. FinalCut merchandise is not eligible to be altered in Harry Rosen store locations.

Why did you cancel my order?

We strive our best to fill all orders, but in some cases an order could be cancelled for the following reasons:

  • Unexpected shortage in merchandise stock.

  • To protect our client’s we cancel orders that are flagged as suspicion by our risk management group

  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from pricing or other errors on the site

All charges are reversed for canceled orders, but the authorization may take 5 to 7 business days to be released.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major North American issued credit cards: Amex, MasterCard, Visa and Klarna. We also accept Harry Rosen gift cards.

Can I use my Harry Rosen gift cards?

Yes, orders on Final Cut can be paid with Harry Rosen physical or electronic gift. To use a gift card, simply enter your Harry Rosen gift card(s) number and security code at the time of check out.

What can I expect about the merchandise selection?

Although our prices may be cut low, our quality is always exceptional. Our curated selection of garments are from the finest brands, offering luxury pieces at an unbeatable value.
