- What happens to my points when I return an item?
All points earned related to the returned purchase will be forfeited. However, its easy to start earning again with exclusive access to special offers and rewards.
- What happens if I forget to load an offer?
If you forget to load your offer, you will not be eligible to receive points on purchases that would have otherwise qualified for that offer.
